Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened skincare or oils
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
